Requirements

  • Current RN license and active CPR certification.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
  • At least 18 months of RN experience, which must include 6+ months of dialysis experience.
  • Successful completion of Charge RN readiness approval is required.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including navigating Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays to support our patients' needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly preferred.
  • Background in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg is a strong plus!
  • CNN or CDN certification is a fantastic addition to your profile.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and guide our clinical staff, including Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans and closely monitor health outcomes to ensure optimal results.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate dialysis care every single day.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and their families, becoming a cornerstone of their healthcare journey.
  • Work dynamically in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and supportive team environment.
