About The Position

Mountain Lake Services is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for a full-time position in Port Henry, NY. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills who are looking to further their education in the clinical field. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule and emphasizes work-life balance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Related experience with scheduling and office work.

Nice To Haves

  • Goal to enroll to further their education in the Clinical field.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting for at least a year is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative support for the Clinical department including scheduling meetings, corresponding with external organizations, mailing and other tasks that arise.
  • Provide administrative support to the Article 16 Clinicians as necessary.
  • Work in collaboration with the Article 16 staff to ensure processing of Clinic appointments is complete.
  • Perform other related duties and activities assigned by the Senior Director of Clinical Services, Director of Clinical Services, or Assistant Director of Programs and Services.
