AWS is a dynamic, forward-thinking agency that values innovation, teamwork, and employee contributions, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and recovery-oriented care. They prioritize employee well-being with a 100% employer-paid Health Insurance Plan for employees, free life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, and generous Paid Time Off (PTO). The ideal candidate will balance operational and clinical needs with a solutions-oriented, creative mindset for program expansion and community partnerships. They should be "clear and kind," leading by example, holding teams accountable, and possessing the humility to access expertise when needed. A genuine love for teaching and guiding emerging professionals is essential due to AWS's active expansion of its clinical training program through university internship agreements.
