About The Position
Directs and coordinates the day-to-day operations of departmental unit; assists the Nurse Manager as needed on a daily basis; and assumes administrative responsibility in the absence of the Nurse Manager. The RN – Clinical Coordinator will support the Organizational Mission and Values and adhere to the employee standards of behavior.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- BLS Certification or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
- ACLS Certification or obtained within six (6) months of hire.
- PALS Certification or obtained within six (6) months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Three (3) or more years’ working as an RN in a hospital setting.
