This role reports directly to the clinic manager and is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, providing, and evaluating patient care necessary for services to patients. The Clinical Coordinator interfaces with other departments, hospitals, and outside agencies to ensure continuity of care. They serve as a clinical lead to all nursing, clinical, and support staff, and perform various quality checklists and logs to verify completion of tasks delegated to clinic staff. Additionally, this role provides educational support to clinic staff for daily clinical operations, supplementing onboarding and other trainings, and serves as support, guidance, and adherence to best practices regarding a wide range of quality measures.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • 1 year of nursing/healthcare experience
  • MO RN license

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Previous nursing experience in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting.
  • Leadership experience
  • Cardiac experience.

Responsibilities
