Evening Clinical Coordinator Nurse Supervisor
About The Position
The primary purpose of a RN Manager is to provide direct nursing care to the individuals receiving services & to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. The position may also require working on the floor, passing medications, and/or providing care to residents. The performance of these duties must be in accordance with the current federal, state & local standards. guidelines & regulations that govern our care center & as maybe required & communicated by the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Current and active license in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current certification in CPR.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to individuals receiving services.
- Monitor day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Work on the floor, pass medications, and/or provide care to residents as needed.
- Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with current federal, state & local standards, guidelines & regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
