About The Position

The Clinical Consultant delivers ProClinical services in a defined U.S. geographic region. The role builds collaborative relationships with customers and account managers to support product satisfaction, sustain improved outcomes, and identify opportunities for product pull-through. The primary work location is 101 Sivley Rd SW, Huntsville, AL 35801. The position is onsite and includes 30% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy if experience has been in a hospital environment.
• At least 4 years of experience as a licensed clinician, preferably in Critical Care, general Medical/Surgical, or Emergency care.
• RN licensure or other clinical-related licensure.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in quality and/or project management.
• Experience in nursing leadership, as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), or as a Clinical Educator.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ProClinical support in customer accounts using clinical theories, principles, and concepts.
• Understand market strategy, including market conditions, customer dynamics, and competitive offerings.
• Support customer-facing activities, including voice of customer and customer-centric design, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend insights and improvements to ProClinical service delivery to enhance outcomes for the business and customers.
• Analyze multiple data sources and develop multidisciplinary action plans based on market insights.
• Provide feedback and assist in developing new tools and ProClinical service offerings within the business unit and division.
