The Clinical Consultant provides advanced, non-administrative clinical consultation to support the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed services in a community-based environment. This role requires a strong clinical background, with expertise in mentoring and supporting staff in their professional development. The Clinical Consultant collaborates with the Leadership, Clinicians, Specialists, and Program teammates to offer case consultation and reflective supervision; to develop and implement assessments treatment goals, DAP documentation; and, to ensure data quality in LTʻs database. The Clinical Consultant maintains close collaboration and open communication with the Director to promote service excellence, consistency, and continuous quality improvement.
