At 360 Behavioral Health, we believe BCBAs should be able to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional clinical care. That's why our BCBAs are supported by dedicated teams across the organization and proven processes designed to make the day-to-day easier. From scheduling and authorizations to client intake, payroll, recruiting, operations, and clinical leadership, you don't have to navigate everything alone. We're looking for passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want a role that offers sustainable expectations, strong support, professional growth, and the opportunity to take greater control of their earning potential. This role has a 100 monthly billable requirement designed to give you more room to focus on quality clinical care, supervision, collaboration, and meaningful client outcomes. You can earn an additional $25 for every qualifying billable hour over your 100-hour monthly requirement with no bonus cap. You will receive support from established teams and processes across the organization, a $1,000 annual CEU benefit, access to monthly free CEUs, and opportunities to continue developing your clinical and leadership skills. You can grow your career through opportunities including: BCBA → Senior Clinical Supervisor → Assistant Director of Clinical Services → Director of Clinical Services → Regional Clinical Leadership.
