About The Position

At 360 Behavioral Health, we believe BCBAs should be able to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional clinical care. Our BCBAs are supported by dedicated teams across the organization and proven processes designed to make the day-to-day easier. We are looking for passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want a role that offers sustainable expectations, strong support, professional growth, and the opportunity to take greater control of their earning potential. This role offers a 100 monthly billable requirement designed to allow more focus on quality clinical care, supervision, collaboration, and meaningful client outcomes. There are uncapped bonus earning opportunities, with an additional $25 for every qualifying billable hour over the 100-hour monthly requirement. Dedicated teams provide support across the organization, allowing BCBAs to focus more on the clinical experience. There is also an investment in professional development with a $1,000 annual CEU benefit, access to monthly free CEUs, and opportunities for career growth beyond the BCBA role.

Requirements

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Applicable state licensure, if required
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services
  • Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services while partnering with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
  • Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate.
  • Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care.
  • Support the professional development of clinical team members.
  • Promote ethical, evidence-based, client-centered ABA services.
