The Reception Concierge is responsible for the daily coordination of patient and clinic activities in the urgent care lobby. This includes greeting and registering patients, maintaining lobby cleanliness and brand elements, executing front office opening and closing procedures, and collecting payments. The role focuses on ensuring an exceptional patient experience at the beginning and end of visits, as well as providing excellent customer service over the telephone. The Reception Concierge collaborates closely with Clinical Concierge colleagues to ensure smooth patient flow. The work environment involves a variety of functions within a clinic setting, requiring discretion, good judgment, diplomacy, decision-making, and a customer service attitude. The clinic handles both walk-in and appointment-based care, with varying patient registration volumes throughout shifts, which can range from 6-12 hours. This position emphasizes a highly collaborative approach to patient services, including coordination with other system urgent care centers.
