About The Position

This role provides essential front desk and administrative support for the Northeast Minneapolis Endoscopy Center. The Clinical Clerical Support position involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling patient information, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The position requires adherence to HIPAA and practice regulations, accurate data entry into electronic health records, and effective communication with patients and staff. The role also involves managing the cash box and maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area. This is a temporary position with a schedule of 0.9 FTE, working from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

  • CPR certification is required. Ability to gain certification will be provided through MNGI, must be completed within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities
