About The Position

As a Clinical & Care Governance Coordinator, you will support the delivery of quality, patient safety and clinical governance activities across the Limestone Coast Local Health Network, with a strong focus on clinical data reporting and analysis. Working within the Clinical and Care Governance Unit, you will undertake multi-system data extraction, complex analysis and reporting to provide meaningful information that supports quality improvement and informed decision-making. You will coordinate quality projects and processes, develop reports, maintain registers and electronic quality systems, and contribute to accreditation, compliance, clinical risk and consumer engagement activities. This is an opportunity to use your analytical and problem-solving skills to support high-quality healthcare across the Limestone Coast.

Requirements

Ability to analyse complex data and present information in a clear and meaningful context.
Experience preparing reports, briefings and correspondence of some complexity.
Proven experience undertaking project or research activities, including collecting, analysing and reporting on data.
Ability to establish, maintain and review systems, practices, protocols and procedures while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Working knowledge of data analytics software such as Microsoft Power BI highly desirable.
