About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator, in alignment with the goals of PCMH (Patient Centered Medical Home), will be primarily responsible for panel management within primary care. The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining multiple Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Washington Medical Assistant Registered
- Office experience including, customer service, computers, Microsoft Office software (Excel, Publisher and Power Point), and patient interaction experience.

- 2 years Healthcare experience.
