Requirements

  • High school diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or public health experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and data entry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contacting, enrolling, and scheduling patients for clinical services while ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
  • Gather, review, and maintain accurate patient information, including medication history and biometric data.
  • Handle incoming calls and communications from patients, prescribers, and partners, triaging needs appropriately.
  • Assist with clinical program communications, documentation, data tracking, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Partner with pharmacists, internal teams, and external partners to resolve patient concerns and support clinical initiatives.
  • Support inventory coordination, reporting, research requests, and other projects as assigned.
