Responsibilities

Coordinate contacting, enrolling, and scheduling patients for clinical services while ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Gather, review, and maintain accurate patient information, including medication history and biometric data.
Handle incoming calls and communications from patients, prescribers, and partners, triaging needs appropriately.
Assist with clinical program communications, documentation, data tracking, and ongoing process improvements.
Partner with pharmacists, internal teams, and external partners to resolve patient concerns and support clinical initiatives.
Support inventory coordination, reporting, research requests, and other projects as assigned.
