The service coordinator acts as the woman’s primary case manager for life skills and children support services. The position requires meeting quality assurance standards, licensing, credentialing and regulatory compliance, and achieving program and client outcome goals, particularly for women experiencing substance abuse, life skills, and parenting challenges. Participation in flexible programming and the on-call rotation is also required.
