About The Position
The Lead Clinical Audiologist provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the audiology services within Hendricks ENT. This role is responsible for supervising and supporting audiologists, managing staffing schedules and clinic templates to ensure efficient patient access, and approving timekeeping and paid time off. The Lead Clinical Audiologist oversees audiology supply ordering and inventory management, serves as the primary liaison with hearing aid vendors, and participates in vendor meetings related to hearing aid products and sales.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience required
- Indiana State License to practice Audiology required
Responsibilities
- Oversee the audiology department and hearing aid processes/sales
- Oversee Audiologist within the practice
- Conduct hearing tests
- Repair hearing aids
- Oversee Audiology schedules and templates
- Approve time and PTO for the audiologist
- Ordering of supplies
