About The Position

AudioNova is seeking a hearing care professional for its Sequim, Washington location. The role performs hearing assessments and interprets results to recommend treatment and product options. The clinician also counsels patients about hearing aids, their pricing and benefits, and how to use new technology to meet their hearing goals. Additional duties include community outreach to generate referrals, hearing aid repairs and maintenance, and adjustments to fitted products in accordance with company quality standards. The position offers a $115,000–$130,000 base salary, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The stated schedule is 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Hold an Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Washington.

Nice To Haves

Doctorate in Audiology.
Be a third- or fourth-year Audiology Extern.

Responsibilities

Perform patient hearing test assessments, analyze results, and recommend treatment and product options.
Address patient questions and concerns about the benefits of hearing aid use.
Discuss hearing instrument pricing and explain the value of hearing health care, the services provided, and the long-term effects of hearing aid use.
Conduct community outreach to generate new patient referrals.
Teach patients how to use new technology to meet their hearing goals.
Perform hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings.
Adjust fitted products as needed and follow company procedural quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and address patient concerns or objections.
