Clinical Associate (Nursing Assistant) Training Program
About The Position
This is a paid Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP) designed to support candidates with little or no patient care experience who are seeking a direct patient care position within Winchester Hospital. Upon successful completion of this program, candidates will join one of our inpatient teams to deliver superior physical and emotional assistance to our patients. The program is hosted at Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. Winchester Hospital is a proud member of Beth Israel Lahey Health.
Requirements
- Must be able to commit to no less than 24 hours a week (various hours/various shifts including every other weekend and holiday rotation) for at least one year.
- Cannot reduce hours during the first year of employment.
- Must be pursuing a path in Pre-Med, Physician Assistant studies, or Nursing, or looking for a meaningful way to start a career in healthcare.
- Must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.

- Little or no patient care experience is acceptable, as the program is designed to support these candidates.
