About The Position

ABLE Kids is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is pursuing their BCBA or BCaBA certification to join our team as an ABA Therapy Clinical Assistant. In this role, you will provide support and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a clinic setting. ABLE Kids offers the necessary supervision to fulfill the requirements for sitting for the BCBA exam and provides opportunities for tuition reimbursement assistance upon graduation. We are looking for a passionate individual eager to build a career and make a difference in the lives of others. This is a full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a generous benefits package after 90 days.

Requirements

Must maintain RBT credential in good standing
Must be seeking BCBA or BCaBA Credential
Currently enrolled in or completed Master's degree in pursuit of BCBA or BCaBA certification
Reliable mode of transportation to and from the clinic
RBT Certification
Experience and willingness to work with young children
Willing to receive CPR training and a background check
Bachelor's degree
1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience

Responsibilities

Train new hires under the guidance of the BCBA Supervisor
Provide direct therapy coverage if needed after lead RBT
Assist in BCBA related activities as part of BCBA/ BCaBA experience hours/ supervision under the guidance of the BCBA Supervisor
Assist in administrative duties to include: ensuring session notes are completed in a timely manner & audit for accuracy in Central Reach, ensuring timesheets are converted in a timely manner in Central Reach, and updating daily attendance report in Central Reach.
