About The Position

CareLinc Medical Equipment is seeking a Clinical Assistant to support patients and the Clinical Department. The role involves setting up and delivering respiratory equipment, educating patients, and coordinating clinical scheduling, documentation, prescriptions, insurance needs, and compliance details. Clinical Assistants build relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals and help keep equipment and processes safe and organized. Depending on the level, duties may also include PAP support, oxygen therapy instruction, and equipment maintenance. CareLinc offers growth opportunities from Level I to Level III.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass background and drug screening, including marijuana screening.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000/$300,000.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver respiratory equipment and educate patients on its use.
• Support the Clinical Department with scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
• Assist with prescriptions, insurance needs, and compliance details.
• Build positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare community.
• Help maintain safe, organized, and compliant practices.
• Depending on level, provide PAP support, oxygen therapy instruction, and equipment maintenance.
