About The Position
Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics of Lynchburg is seeking a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Clinical Assistant to support Dr. Pyle and his patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients and one another. As a Clinical Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping provide exceptional orthodontic care while creating positive experiences for children and families throughout their treatment journey.
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Orthodontic experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Passion for helping children and families
Responsibilities
- Assist Dr. Pyle during orthodontic procedures and patient appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take digital scans, radiographs, and clinical photos as needed
- Educate patients and parents on treatment and oral hygiene instructions
- Ensure patient comfort and deliver an outstanding experience
- Support office and clinical operations through teamwork and collaboration
