About The Position
Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics of Lynchburg is seeking a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Clinical Assistant to support Dr. Pyle and his patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients and one another. The Clinical Assistant plays an important role in helping provide exceptional orthodontic care while creating positive experiences for children and families throughout their treatment journey.
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Orthodontic experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Passion for helping children and families
Responsibilities
- Assist Dr. Pyle during orthodontic procedures and patient appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take digital scans, radiographs, and clinical photos as needed
- Educate patients and parents on treatment and oral hygiene instructions
- Ensure patient comfort and deliver an outstanding experience
- Support office and clinical operations through teamwork and collaboration
