The PICU team includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, chaplains, respiratory therapists, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, speech therapists, and child life therapists. Patient-Family Centered Rounds take place two to three times daily with family and staff participation. The posting describes a welcoming environment for new staff, with opportunities to learn and develop skills, and emphasizes teamwork and patient care.
