About The Position
Serve as the on-site connection between the patient and a remote dentist during live video exams. Travel between multiple partner clinic locations as needed, providing coverage and support wherever the schedule requires. Guide the intraoral camera so the dentist can see and evaluate in real time. Welcome patients, ease nerves, and make the virtual visit feel personal. Collect medical history and organize records for the dentist. Keep documentation accurate and confidential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical or Dental Assistant Certification
- Strong communication skills
- Current immunizations and TB screening
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with dental tools/terminology
- Current CPR or BLS card
- Healthcare or customer-facing experience
- 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate
- CA Dental Practice Act Certificate
- Fluency in another language is a strong plus
