About The Position

River Road Early Learning Center is looking for preschool teachers to join our team! We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced early childhood educators who are passionate about teaching young children and creating meaningful learning experiences. We also encourage college students who are interested in pursuing a career working with children to apply. This can be a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in an early childhood classroom while completing your degree. At River Road Early Learning Center, we believe young children learn best through relationships, hands-on experiences, exploration, play, and meaningful instruction. Our teachers help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically while creating a classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. We are looking for educators who see themselves as teachers, not simply caregivers—individuals who are excited to make a difference in the lives of young children every day.

Requirements

Previous preschool or early childhood education experience or pursuing a degree/career working with children.
Dependable, responsible, and professional.
Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic.
Enjoy working with young children.
Work well as part of a team.
Eager to learn and grow as an educator.
