Job Description: Conduct product training both onsite and remotely in English and French for customers and employees, in particular training for complex situations involving multiple products. Provide timely feedback on competitive product performance, contributing valuable insights to headquarters, marketing, and engineering teams. Provide demo support at local, regional, and national customer trade events, showcasing Varian Medical Systems' capabilities Lead classroom lectures and laboratory sessions in English and French to ensure customers are trained to operate company equipment according to safety guidelines with the highest level of satisfaction. Prepare lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software documentation to address customers’ specific implementation questions. Formulate complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, video-media and implementation guides Collaborate with customers as well as the sales, product marketing, and technical support departments to ensure course material reflects current product features, and address customer inquiries including testing scenarios using company products. Work with cross-functional teams as necessary to support and enable best services and optimize customer relations
