The Clinical Applications Specialist will support customers through method verification and correlation studies, site readiness assessments, installation coordination, validation planning, and customer implementation meetings. They will perform lot conversions and reagent changeovers per contract commitments, both on-site and remote. The role involves delivering on-site and remote operator and product trainings, promoting adoption of digital training tools, and providing subject-matter expertise on hemostasis testing, including workflow design, reflex logic, QC approach, and best-practice utilization of Stago assays. The specialist will guide laboratories on aligning workflows with industry standards and Stago best practices, apply data-driven insights to improve customer performance, and provide on-site and remote application support for Stago systems, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. They will also provide supportive guidance on CAP/CLIA/IQCP documentation and compliance, monitor industry guideline changes, and communicate relevant compliance updates to customers. Additionally, the role involves implementing LIS interfaces, supporting rule performance, and partnering with internal and customer stakeholders for connectivity and middleware integration. The specialist will monitor reagent consumption, QC performance, and maintenance patterns to proactively identify improvement opportunities, support sales business reviews, and assist in pre-sale demos and workshops. They will capture customer feedback to inform future product development, foster strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. Maintaining CRM data is crucial, including submitting necessary paperwork for account changes. The role drives high customer satisfaction, fosters teamwork, furnishes leads to the Sales Team, and completes special projects as assigned.
