About The Position

Our client is seeking a Clinical Applications Project Manager to support strategic expansion efforts within the Oncology and Cardiovascular service lines. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, service line leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver projects that enhance patient care capabilities and support organizational growth objectives. The successful candidate will combine strong project management expertise with healthcare clinical systems experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of healthcare project management experience.
Strong experience managing Clinical Applications projects within healthcare systems.
Experience supporting oncology, cardiovascular, ambulatory, or acute care initiatives.
Ability to effectively collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and operational stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare application implementations, workflow redesign, and change management.
Epic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead projects supporting expansion of Oncology and Cardiovascular service lines.
Partner with physicians, clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, and IT teams to define project objectives and implementation strategies.
Coordinate application, workflow, operational, and infrastructure activities necessary to launch new or expanded services.
Develop project plans, milestones, communication strategies, and change management plans.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project governance sessions, and executive updates.
Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
Drive successful adoption of new workflows, technologies, and clinical processes.
Ensure initiatives align with organizational objectives and service line growth strategies.
