About The Position

Vision RT is a rapidly expanding MedTech company dedicated to enhancing radiation therapy for cancer patients, making it more accurate, effective, and comfortable. The company is a leader in Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT), utilizing advanced 3D cameras for real-time surface tracking to improve radiotherapy workflows. Vision RT's SGRT is implemented in many top-ranked hospitals and has received numerous prestigious business awards. With approximately 300 employees globally and offices in the UK, Poland, and the USA, Vision RT operates as an independent entity within William Demant Invest A/S, a major healthcare investor. This role is field-based, supporting customers across Colorado, ideally based in Denver, and involves up to 75% travel, including occasional nationwide trips. The primary focus is providing expert clinical applications support for Vision RT systems. This includes collaborating with hospital teams to develop clinical protocols, conducting onsite and remote training, supporting product demonstrations, and offering prompt phone-based clinical assistance. The role also contributes to customer education through various materials and collaborates with R&D for product feedback and testing. Success requires strong clinical radiotherapy experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 3+ years minimum experience in Clinical radiotherapy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced working in a fast paced commercial or clinical environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license and passport is required as 90-100% of this role involves travel both domestic and international
  • AlignRT/OSMS experience

Responsibilities

  • Liaising closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols
  • Attending exhibitions and providing product demonstrations/assisting sales at customer sites
  • Providing clinical applications training to customers both on site and remotely, as well as creating and implementing support training information (workflows, user guides, e-learning courses)
  • Providing phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems
  • Coordinating or leading customer and/or employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs and trade shows
  • Liaising with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement, and providing testing and feedback analysis to development staff
  • Assisting in generating customer information bulletins (CIB) and tracking and delivery of those bulletins
