This field-based position supports customers throughout Maryland and requires up to 75% travel within the region, along with occasional nationwide travel, to provide expert clinical applications support for Vision RT systems. Working closely with clinical and hospital teams, you will develop and implement clinical protocols, deliver onsite and remote training, support product demonstrations, and provide responsive clinical support via phone and other communication channels. You will also help drive customer education through the creation of workflow documentation, user guides, and e-learning materials. In addition, you will collaborate with Research & Development teams by providing customer feedback, contributing to product testing, and helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you will bring strong radiotherapy clinical experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
