About The Position
The Clinical Analyst provides analytical, technical, and implementation support of our world class Epic EHR with a primary focus on our Ambulatory applications. Clinical Analysts are responsible for implementing system upgrades, creating training materials, testing, maintenance, as well as having a working knowledge of Cogito’s reporting capabilities, plus assisting with resolution of end-user issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- High level of motivation, professionalism, trustworthiness, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Daytime travel as needed
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice To Haves
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN), with a current MS state license
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Informatics, Public Health, any natural science or closely related discipline
- Relevant healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
- Working knowledge of an electronic health record (EHR) system and clinical workflows in an ambulatory setting
- Cogito’s reporting capabilities
