About The Position
The ambulatory clinical pharmacist II will provide specialized care to patients by reviewing medication regimens and needs for patients. Collaborates with other pharmacists, technicians or clinic staff to ensure optimal care is provided to patients and all quality and compliance requirements are met while maintaining Baptist Health Culture of care and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Basic Life Support certification
- Registered Pharmacist license
- 3 Years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency or certification such as BCPS, BCMTMs, BCACP, CSP or consultant licensure
- Doctorate degree
- Experience in retail, specialty, ambulatory practice with high volume and multi tasking
- Immunization certification or within 6 months of hire
