About The Position

United Allergy Services has partnered with Minnesota Women's Care to provide support for allergy patients. This role is for a Clinical Allergy Specialist who will run the allergy center inside a partnered physician practice. The specialist will test patients, educate them on treatment options, guide them through immunotherapy, and build the allergy center's presence within the clinic. The role involves working directly with patients, doctors, and clinic staff, and offers the opportunity to learn a clinical specialty in depth. Requirements

Healthcare experience required (MA or LPN preferred).
A proactive personality — you're comfortable speaking with doctors and clinic leadership.
A friendly, warm communicator who can educate both adults and children about allergy testing and immunotherapy.
High accountability and a self-starter mindset — you own your allergy center's success.

Responsibilities

Administer allergy tests and injections under a supervising physician.
Prepare customized patient immunotherapy vials.
Educate adults and children about allergy testing and immunotherapy and support patients through their treatment journeys.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional allergy care.
Coordinate within the clinic to create visibility and drive growth of the allergy services.
Complete basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and medical documentation.
