About The Position

Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN), supporting the examination and treatment of patients, facilitating clinic flow, and providing excellent patient care. Performs basic skills according to department guidelines and policies and communicates observations to members of the health care team. The role includes rooming patients, collecting vital signs, assisting with minor office procedures, performing EPIC In Basket work, processing FMLA and short-term disability work, and answering phones.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days.
