About The Position

The Clinical Advocate in the RespirTech business serves as a key liaison between internal operations, healthcare teams, and field sales, ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional customer support, and efficient order processing. This role combines operational expertise with clinical documentation review responsibilities to support reimbursement, verify medical necessity, and ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Keyboard proficiency required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong writing ability with proper grammar and punctuation.

  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Administrative Support or equivalent, preferably in healthcare, health insurance, and/or durable medical equipment, with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Healthcare Teams, and Sales, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional customer support, and timely resolution of order-related questions and issues.
  • Support end-to-end order processing by obtaining required documentation, providing order status updates, and delivering pipeline reporting and analytics to the field sales team.
  • Review medical records and clinical documentation to assess medical necessity and support reimbursement eligibility in accordance with payer requirements.
  • Partner with healthcare providers and internal teams to secure accurate documentation needed for order fulfillment, coverage determination, and payment source procurement.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and quality standards, including HIPAA, ACHC, contractual obligations, and standard operating procedures.
