Clinical Administrator
About The Position
We're looking for a Clinical Administrator who brings clinical excellence, mentorship, and a hands-on leadership style to our home health team. Requirements
- Active RN license and home health experience, both required
- A confident decision-maker with strong initiative and work ethic
- Someone who wants more than a typical 8-5 and is ready to invest in building something
- Goal-driven and genuinely committed to patients and team success
Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide the nursing team, holding a high standard for accountability and quality of care
- Work alongside leadership to drive clinical and operational success
- Step into the field when needed to support staff and ensure patients are getting the care they deserve
- Handle staffing challenges directly, including tough personnel decisions when they come up
- Champion customer service and patient satisfaction across every level of care
