About The Position

Cleerly is a healthcare company focused on revolutionizing heart disease diagnosis, treatment, and tracking through AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions. Founded in 2017, the company has secured significant funding to support its mission of preventing heart attacks by providing comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis. Cleerly operates with a largely remote workforce, utilizing digital collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom. While remote, travel is expected for team meetings and projects, with external-facing roles potentially requiring up to 90% travel. Cleerly is committed to regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of its products and processes.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 5+ years of related sales and clinical experience (PA, NP, DNP or RN).
  • Highly coachable with the ability to learn and communicate complex programs and value propositions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Polished communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer and internal company interactions.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Ability to embrace change and drive solutions in chaotic environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A hard-worker, self-motivator with a can-do approach and bias for action.
  • Highly responsive with the ability to interpret appropriate next step actions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders across a vast geographic region.
  • Ability to accurately assess and understand different stakeholders needs/wants.
  • Process cross functional agendas and adjust strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Grit, high integrity, values-based work ethic.
  • Must be based in or near Southern California.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software.
  • Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs.
  • Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clinical partners to ensure they understand Cleerly and its benefits for patient treatment decisions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand Cleerly's reach.
  • Provide ongoing clinical education to existing clients to foster account growth.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in partner accounts, including administrators, cardiologists, referring physicians, and strategic personnel.
  • Drive awareness of Cleerly's offerings and promote adoption of its technology.
  • Introduce new products and technologies to existing customers.
  • Develop a qualified lead funnel within the existing customer base.
  • Conduct formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and new physician training.
  • Manage administrative tasks using Salesforce.com.
  • Travel to provider sites within the assigned territory (Southern CA, NV, HI) 50-80% of the time.
