Clinic Surgery Scheduler - AMG (Days) FT
About The Position

The Clinic Surgery Scheduler is responsible for the daily maintenance of the surgery and/or procedure schedule for one or more providers, and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing, problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service. Successful candidate will possess excellent critical thinking, communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to diffuse difficult scheduling conflicts efficiently.
Requirements
- 6 months clerical experience in a healthcare setting/physician office
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to diffuse difficult scheduling conflicts efficiently
Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance of the surgery and/or procedure schedule for one or more providers
- Manage all aspects of the scheduling process
- Strategizing and problem solving related to scheduling
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
