This role requires advanced communication skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of commercial and government payer plans. The Surgery Scheduler is responsible for generating and communicating accurate, good-faith estimates to patients, ensuring full transparency regarding potential costs associated with their procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of clerical experience in a healthcare setting.

  • De-escalation training within 6 months.

Responsibilities
