Requirements

High school diploma
3-5 years’ of clinical experience
Working knowledge of EMR systems, Word and Excel
Ability to serve as liaison between management and staff
Skilled in problem solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations while providing exceptional customer service
Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload

Nice To Haves

Associates’ degree
Working knowledge of EPIC
Experience in related specialty practice area
Medical Assistant or LPN licensing and experience

Responsibilities

Carrying out clinical and administrative tasks in accordance with their scope of practice.
Coordinating and overseeing the operations of the clinic.
Coordinating day-to-day administrative and clinical operations within the clinic including but not limited to medical records management, patient scheduling and registration, insurance verification, and allocation of work to clinical staff.
Leading the onsite staff and being responsible for coaching, developing and maximizing the success of the clinic.
Exemplary attendance, punctuality, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors, and patients.
