Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3-5 years’ of clinical experience
  • Working knowledge of EMR systems, Word and Excel
  • Ability to serve as liaison between management and staff
  • Skilled in problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations while providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload

Nice To Haves

  • Associates’ degree
  • Working knowledge of EPIC
  • Experience in related specialty practice area
  • Medical Assistant or LPN licensing and experience

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out clinical and administrative tasks in accordance with their scope of practice.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the operations of the clinic.
  • Coordinating day-to-day administrative and clinical operations within the clinic including but not limited to medical records management, patient scheduling and registration, insurance verification, and allocation of work to clinical staff.
  • Leading the onsite staff and being responsible for coaching, developing and maximizing the success of the clinic.
  • Exemplary attendance, punctuality, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors, and patients.
