About The Position

The Clinic Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of patient care.

High School Diploma
3+ years of experience in management in a healthcare setting.
Effective communication, team building, and leadership skills
Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
Ability to solve problems on the fly
Understanding of medical clinic operations.
Results-oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds.
Repetitive motion.
Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Ability to lift packages and other items, to walk short and long distances, climb stairs and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials and supplies.
Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with employees and visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.

Lead, manage, and hold accountable the clinic staff.
Act as the company representative when interacting with clients to ensure PRIME delivers exceptional services.
Ensure the accuracy of services provided to clients, including authorization and billing.
Request and maintain appropriate inventory levels, cleanliness, and service management of the clinic.
Ensure a positive patient experience and delivery of services.
