Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment scheduling, efficiently coordinating with patients and healthcare providers to optimize clinic flow.
  • Answer phone inquiries, address patient concerns, and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize scheduling software to organize appointments and handle rescheduling or cancellations as necessary.
  • Track patient information and ensure compliance with safety and privacy regulations.
