About The Position
The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. The role coordinates care using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The Clinic RN collaborates with other members of the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care. Actions reflect the organization’s core values. The position is with Swedish Health Services DBA Swedish Medical Group, part of Providence. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 18 months of professional nursing experience.
