About The Position

The Clinic RN provides appropriate care to patients across varied age groups, from pediatric to geriatric. The role requires knowledge of growth and development and the ability to apply that knowledge in patient care. The position is with Samaritan Medical Center in the SMC Ortho Surg Med Practice department.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current New York RN license.
• Certified CPR.
• Demonstrated knowledge of growth and development and the ability to provide appropriate care to varied age groups, from pediatric to geriatric.
• Organizational ability.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Management and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous acute care or clinical family practice experience is preferred.
