About The Position

Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG), the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona, is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. The role supports comprehensive clinical services in a collaborative, values-driven environment focused on innovation, health equity, social justice, and improving community health outcomes.

The Clinic RN collaborates on screenings and risk assessments, provides preventive health education, and coordinates care for diverse patient populations. The nurse uses technology to streamline processes, guides patients through instructions, and addresses their concerns. The role also serves as a resource and role model, supports patient flow by coordinating physician time, patient schedules, and care-team clinical duties, and contributes to department productivity measures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Requirements

• Completion of an RN program.
• More than two years of RN experience.
• Arizona Registered Nurse credential.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR.
• Communication skills, team-building skills, and clinical competency pursuant to department requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Two or more years of outpatient or ambulatory facility experience.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Leadership or coordinator experience.

Responsibilities
