About The Position
Dignity Health Medical Group seeks a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care as part of its patient care team. The RN collaborates on comprehensive screenings, performs risk assessments, provides preventative health education, and coordinates care for diverse patient populations while using technology to streamline processes. The role includes guiding patients through instructions, addressing their concerns, and helping them feel informed and at ease. The successful candidate combines clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with compassion, strong communication, and an adaptable approach to learning and care. The RN acts as a resource and role model, complies with HIPAA standards, seeks opportunities to develop skills and knowledge, participates in department productivity measures, and coordinates physician time, patient schedules, and care-team clinical duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
Requirements
- Completion of an RN program.
- More than two years of RN experience.
- Arizona Registered Nurse license.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR.
- Communication, team-building, and clinical competency pursuant to department requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- At least two years of outpatient or ambulatory facility experience.
- Bilingual Spanish.
- Leadership or coordinator experience.
