About The Position

The Clinic RN at INTEGRIS Health Medical Group assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process. The role requires population-specific competencies and may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status. The position is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is a full-time, day-shift role. The position is benefits eligible. Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
Demonstrate population-specific competencies.

Conduct patient assessments and reassessments.
Develop plans of care.
Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
Evaluate patient care interventions.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of patient care, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
