About The Position
Scheurer is seeking a Clinic RN Manager to join our clinic leadership team. The Clinic RN Manager also serves as a clinical resource to all levels of clinical staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in healthcare and/or clinic with leadership experience
- Current RN licensure in Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required
- Current BLS
Responsibilities
- Developing and leading staff.
- Working in conjunction with physicians.
- Analyzing and coordinating clinic operations.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Development of and adherence to policy and procedures.
- Daily operations within assigned Scheurer Specialty Clinics.
- Manages the integration of new clinical services, training, and medical equipment.
- Teaching abilities to promote optimum orientation and continuing education of staff.
- Collaborates with clinical staff in the planning and delivery of patient care to age and need specific patient populations.
- Proposes changes on standards to evaluate clinical care effectiveness and introduces innovative practices and techniques.
- Evaluates and provides for the educational needs of the patient, family and clinical staff.
- Consults with clinical staff and physicians on patient related problems, providing recommendations and assisting in their resolution.
