About the Role As a Clinic RN , you'll combine clinical expertise with compassionate care to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Your role is key to building patient trust, supporting providers, and promoting health outcomes in our community.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Washington RN license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications within 6 months of hire (company provided)
  • Minimum 1 year of hospital or triage experience
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and sound judgment

Responsibilities

  • Obtain vital signs, patient histories, and assess needs
  • Perform and assist with clinical procedures and exams
  • Educate patients and families to support optimal health
  • Provide telephone triage and guide patients to appropriate care
  • Administer medications and perform routine nursing procedures
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens
  • Document care accurately and timely in the EHR
  • Collaborate with providers and team members for coordinated care
  • Maintain exam rooms and follow infection control protocols
